How often will I have check-ins with my coach?

Check-ins depend on your chosen plan. Most of our plans include weekly check-ins to review your progress and make necessary adjustments. For advanced and premium tiers, we also offer mid-week messaging and detailed monthly progress reports to keep you fully engaged and informed.

Do I need a gym membership, or can I work out from home?

We can create plans for both gym and home workouts! Just let us know your available equipment and workout preferences, and we’ll tailor your program to fit, whether you have a full gym, a few weights, or no equipment at all.

Will my training plan be personalised to my goals?

Absolutely! We design each training plan based on your unique goals, fitness level, and preferences. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program – we consider factors like your experience, body composition goals, lifestyle, and availability to create the best approach for you.

Can I contact my coach between check-ins?

Yes! We offer messaging support in all plans, so you can reach out with questions or updates. Higher-tier plans have priority messaging and even daily support options, so you’ll always have guidance when you need it.

 How quickly can I expect to see results?

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. While some clients see noticeable changes within a few weeks, others may experience more gradual progress. We focus on sustainable, long-term results, and we’ll track your progress closely to help you stay motivated and on course.

What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?

We can fully accommodate dietary needs, including preferences, allergies, and restrictions. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or have specific dietary goals, we’ll ensure your nutrition plan aligns with your needs while supporting your fitness objectives.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
